Terms and conditions

By subscribing to any of our membership plans, hereafter referred to as "we," "us," "ours," or collectively "Kitchen Creations by Kadine," and you, the "member," "customer," or "subscriber," agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Discounts:To receive a discount on orders, the order's total value at the time of cash out must be greater than $49.00 (CDN).

2. Subscription Activation and Duration:Once a paid subscription is activated, the term will commence, and the subscriber will have either 6 months, 9 months, or a full year (depending on the chosen plan) to place orders and receive their entitled discount. After the initial term, the subscription will automatically renew with a new term of the same plan until the subscriber cancels their membership. Membership can be canceled at any time but will not forfeit any remaining months left on the original term.

3. Exclusivity of Discounts:Any promotional or product giveaways that are already discounted cannot be combined with any other discount offered through the paid subscription plans.

4. 'VIP' Membership Discount:To receive a discount outside of the paid plans, you must be a 'VIP' member and indicate this status at the time of placing an order for the discount to apply. Failure to indicate 'VIP' status will forfeit any discount, and you will be charged the full amount of the order.

5. OLG 649 Ticket Draw:Kitchen Creations by Kadine will purchase an OLG 649 Ticket every month and display the purchased ticket on our website. If the ticket is a winner, we will split the earnings with all active and in-good-standing paid subscription members at the time of the ticket draw. Only winning tickets with earnings exceeding $100,000 (CDN) will be split among members. Winning tickets below $100,000 will not be divided and will remain the sole property of Kitchen Creations by Kadine, to be used at our discretion without limitation or legal liability. If there are no active paid subscriptions for a given month, no ticket will be purchased.

6. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:By purchasing any subscription model, members accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge having read and understood all the provisions within this clause and statement. Kitchen Creations by Kadine and its partners will not be held liable for any misinformation, misinterpretations, or legal disputes arising from these terms and conditions. We retain all rights to money and user data collected.

7. Right to Modify Plans:We reserve the right to change and alter our subscription plans as we see fit without prior notice. Any modifications will be reflected on our website and communicated to active subscribers.
